We concentrate on the individual challenges of each client. In our first session we discuss the target and the duration of our coaching partnership. The length of a face-to-face session is 60 minutes, online sessions can vary from 30 to 60 minutes, since real growth happens between the sessions, a 14 days cycle is recommended.
With the focus on the main team targets we work on the dynamics, role clarity and the supporting conditions like psychological safety, motivational drive, cognitive diversity in order to enhance the potential of the individual team member as well as the team itself.

Here the focus is on the learning and implementing of new knowledge or insights like potential analyses or intercultural issues. With supporting exercises and experiential reflection, we enable the individual member to integrate these into their daily work

Here I support an individual manager or team for a longer period of time in order to increase the level of professionalism, increase the performance and/or support a company to deal with changes. We train the “hard-skills” as well as the “soft skills” and in regular reflection and feed-back sessions we ensure the durability of this process.
