About me

I’ve studied mechanical engineering in the Netherlands (bs.) and System-analytic coaching in Austria (MSc.). After more than 25 years of experience in internationally operating industrial companies in positions that include: project manager, group leader, department manager, senior vice president and finally as general manager, it became clear to me that the career development should be in sync with personal development.

In my own case the career- and personal development were not always in sync. Often my career development “just happened”, which created some major challenges for me.

For 15 years I have focused on issues such as: leadership & management, personal growth, cultural intelligence and the importance of values. Over the years I have shifted the balance of my work more and more toward the coaching of managers/leaders.

Intensive cooperation with international partners and universities and constant training enables me the best quality of cooperation.
